HAMPSHIRE FA AWARD

We were very pleased and proud to receive the 'Team of Round 2' award from the FA prior to our Hampshire Senior Cup 3rd Round tie against high-flyers Blackfield & Langley on Tuesday evening. Manager Danny Dolan was delighted to receive the award from FA Representative Mike Davies. Unfortunately we were unable to make it a hat-trick of Premier Division scalps as we went down by 2-0, but were far from disgraced.

Last Saturday we travelled to in-form AFC Stoneham in an important league match. Early goals from Paul Coventry and Brett Denham put is in control and we never looked back. Manager Danny Dolan and his coaching staff thought it was our best team performance so far this season.

The Reserves had a hard fought match against Hamble Club on Saturday and were very unfortunate to lose out by a single goal. Manager Chris Hollis, although disappointed with the result, was pleased with his team's performance.
