Message from the Dugout....
Ben Dillon & Joe Lawler
We have been working exceptionally hard over the festive period. We didn't have a pre-season programme after coming in late to the club and we felt that we needed some time to catch up. The management and coaching team are very happy of where we are right now - the team is currently in good form. Although certain results haven't gone our way, we believe we are heading in the right direction. There are times in football where patience is needed and this has been necessary for us. We now have had the time to get a feel and learn about this league. We have also tried several different formations and players in different positions. After recruiting well so far, we feel we are in a good position moving forward.
The second half of the season will show our fans the way we want to play. There are high expectations from the management team for the run in. We want to play attractive football, be a fit team with a positive style of play. Defensively, we also have a set way of playing and we hope that this will take us away from the foot of the table as we move forward and push us on next season. Our aims for the future are very simple; remain in the Division this season and be pushing for promotion over the next two seasons.
We want Tadley to become bigger and better, and we have have big plans. We can promise supporters a good watch every week and we encourage you to get behind the team as much as possible. Trust us.....it will be enjoyable!
We would like to thank you all for your continued support since we came in and we invite you to come along every week and stand with the lads.
Extra training sessions for the team.
Putting the hard work in.
