Saturday Preview | Life on the road
Farnham Town vs Tadley-Calleva
Tadley-Calleva travel to face a formidable force in Farnham Town, who have been unanimously tipped to secure promotion to Step 4 come the end of April 2024, and for good reason. With increased stature off the pitch, and recruitment focussed on the higher regions of the Non-League pyramid.
A narrow loss to Step 3 Chesham is Farnhams only defeat in all competitions this season & the hosts will be looking to continue their excellent run of form. However, Tadley have conceded just the once in the last 3 games so will be looking to call upon their defensive prowess to thwart the danger of a Farnham Town attack.
Tadley completed the double over Farnham Town last season and will be hoping that they can upset the Combined Counties Premier South apple cart by taking points off the title favourites again this time around.
Tadley will be largely unchanged from last weekends win at home to Epsom & Ewell but will be bolstered with the return of defender Chad Abrams & Jack French.
Tadley will however be without manager Joe Lawler for this time and will subsequently be lead by first team coach, George Coffin.
Head 2 Head
Last season saw two tantalising fixtures between these two sides, with Tadley coming up trumps on both occasions.

Westwood Wanderers vs Tadley-Calleva Reserves
Overview
Tadley-Calleva Reserves are on the road again today and head to Thames Valley Premier League side Westwood Wanderers in the Berkshire Trophy Centre Senior Cup 1st Round.
Last week the reserves went to Hampshire league side QK Southampton in the Hampshire Trophy and made it 3 wins on the bounce after a resounding 4-0 victory. Goals came from Lors Nicholas (2), Harrison West and new signing Bailey Roffey.
After defeat in their opening league game, much like the reserves, Westwood Wanderers went on a 6 game winning streak in the premier division before losing 2-1 last week against Reading YMCA. This leaves them 3rd after 8 games.
Good luck to the boys this afternoon who will be going into the game high on confidence looking to cause a cupset.
Head 2 Head
This is the first fixture between these two sides.
A massive weekend for both teams away from home as we look to continue our great form on a Saturday afternoon
